The hotel is conveniently located near an old mosque, which was designed by Indonesia's first president. It is also close to shopping malls, the beach, and the airport. the rooms are clean and cozy, with a well, organized layout that makes them feel spacious. the staff is friendly and professional, providing warm and efficient service. the breakfast buffet is pleasant, offering a variety of options. the hotel offers free airport pick, up and a 24, hour reception.
The in, room wifi connection and phone signal could be stronger.

This place has a great location and the food is enjoyable, plus the staff is always helpful and accommodating; everything is kept very clean and it's a great place to stay for exploring the city, with a fantastic swimming pool.

Had a great Christmas experience at a new and modern hotel. Loved the friendly staff and the delicious food served at the restaurant. the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby shops.
The room was a bit small for our family of three and we could hear some noise from outside during the night. the WiFi was also a bit slow at times.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The location was quite central and near some good markets. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities.
The room was a bit small for a family and lacked some facilities like a swimming pool or gym. , some noise from ongoing construction was a bit disruptive.
